Mary Alice Adams

Mary Alice Adams, 89, of St. Helen, MI, passed away on September 10, 2023 at her home. She was born on July 20, 1934, in Ravenna, Michigan, to her late parents, George and Carrie (Griffis) Lillibridge.

Mary dedicated most of her career to the medical industry, working as a Receptionist-Secretary. Mary was a loving and caring individual, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Mary was an active member and volunteer for the VFW Auxiliary #4087 in Davison. In her leisure time, she enjoyed golfing, camping, and spending winters in Dade City, FL.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Joy Adams of Shelby Twp., her sons, David (Laura) Adams and Brian (Beth) Adams, both of St. Helen, and her step-daughter, Linda (David) Benoist of GA. She is also survived by her sister, Gloria Prahl of Grand Rapids, as well as 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Adams, in 2016, and her sisters, Jean Crosby and Georgina Laurderbauch.

A family visitation will take place at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen on Thursday, September 14, 2023. Mary will be laid to rest at Meadowview Memorial Gardens in Davison, MI.
