Marta Nyboer

Marta Nyboer, age 101, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Hilltop Manor in Roscommon, MI. She had lived in in St. Helen since 1969, formerly of Utica. Marta was born to Johann and Johanna Reetz in Germany on April 26, 1913. Marta was a member of the St. Helen Ladies Auxiliary VFW.
Marta is survived by her daughter, Martha and Donald Brandt (nee Mamrow) of Rapid River, MI; 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by parents, 3 brothers, and 2nd husband, Harm Nyboer.
Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen will begin on Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Pastor Rodney Morrison will officiate.
Arrangements were handled by Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen.
