Margaret Frances Denker

Margaret Frances Denker, age 91, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at her home in West Branch with her loving family by her side. She was born on June 21, 1929 in Detroit, MI to Glenn and Ella (Stoddard) Proper. She lived in the Gladwin and West Branch area since 1969, formerly of Fenton. Margaret was the past president and a lifetime member of the VFW Post#3243 in Fenton. She enjoyed making stained glass windows and lamps, square dancing, and playing dice.

Margaret is survived by her children, Michael (Belinda) Denker of Burton, Thomas (Ronna) Denker of Prudenville, Irene (Don) Moore of West Branch, Sandra (John) Vercammen of West Branch, and Patrick (Cindy) Denker of Warren; 12 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 14 great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Walter Denker, and siblings, Betty Aten, James Proper, Robert Proper and Georgia Werthman.

Per her wish’s cremation has taken place.
