Luke Ervin Moore

Luke Ervin Moore, age 58, passed away after a long illness on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Saginaw, MI. Luke was born on February 2, 1960 in Alpena, MI to Birdsell W. Moore Sr. and Ida (Kropp) Moore. He was a lifelong resident of West Branch, MI. He loved to play his guitar and had a natural talent for music. He loved to ride motorcycles and work on restoring vehicles. Luke lived for the moment to make someone laugh.

Luke is survived by his daughter, Angela (William) Beauchamp of West Branch; his grandchildren, Desiree Beauchamp of Mt. Pleasant, Roland Beauchamp, Paradise Beauchamp and Malachi William Luke Beauchamp all of West Branch. He is also survived by his 2 great granddaughters, Auriiella and Acelynn Rosales; his ex-wife, Judith Moore; stepson, James (Jamie) Johnson; sisters, Pat (Harold)Nimeth, Beverly(Vern) Medford, and Sueanne Swartz; along with many nieces and nephews he was close with. He is preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Suzanne Nichols Moore; his twin brother, Mark and brothers, Birdsell Jr. , David, Paul., Joel Moore, and baby, Luke Moore Jr.

Funeral Services for Luke will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 2:00PM at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch. Visitation will be from 12-2PM prior to the service. Rev. Tim Dibble will officiate.
