Lucille M. Etchison

Lucille Marie Etchison, age 89, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at The Villa at West Branch after a brief illness. She had lived in West Branch since 1967, formerly of Pinconning, MI. Lucille was born to Felix and Eleanor (Dubay) Crower on August 3, 1926 in Pinconning, MI. She married Donovan A. Etchison in 1950 and they celebrated 50 years of marriage on July 1, 2000. She was active with The Way International, a Christian ministry based in New Knoxville, OH. She enjoyed studying her Bible, attending a home fellowship, working on crossword puzzles, writing and receiving letters, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.

Lucille is survived by her children, Toni (Robert) Wiles of West Branch, MI, Patrick (Pamela) Etchison of Henderson, NV, Dean (Martha) Etchison of New Knoxville, OH, and Dennis (Christine) Etchison of Duluth, MN; grandchildren, Benjamin (Dawnn) Wiles, Donovan (Taylor) Etchison, Haley Etchison, Desiree Etchison, Claire Etchison, Mary Etchison, and Sarah Etchison; great grandchildren, Robert, Lillian, Lucille, and Helene; and siblings, Marion Murphy, Shirley Glueck, Don (Pat) Crower, Barbara Norton, and James (Mary) Crower. She is preceded in death by her parents, Felix and Eleanor; husband, Donovan; and siblings, Mae Eileen Augustine, Richard Crower and Robert Crower.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home, 109 E. Houghton Avenue, West Branch, MI at 2pm Saturday January 16, 2016. The public is invited.
