Loretta Ann Cofer

Loretta Ann Cofer, age 52, passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at her home in Prescott, MI. She was born to Richard and Betty (Sharrow) Beattie in St. Clair, MI on November 20, 1962. Lori had lived in Prescott since 2013, formerly of Lexington, MI. On June 15, 1983 she married Edward Cofer in Port Huron, MI. Lori enjoyed sewing and knitting.

Lori is survived by her loving husband, Edward of Prescott, MI; children, Danielle Marie Coffer (Anthony Carl Knight Schulz) of Prescott, MI, Edward Dean (Catherine Lynn) Cofer of Prescott, MI, Desire Lee (Fredrick Lee Appleton) Cofer of Flint, MI, Ian Thavongsa of Holland, MI, and Brandon Smieleski of Prescott, MI; grandchildren, Brooke Marie Cofer and Kristin Gale Ann Schultz; and parents, Richard and Betty Beattie. She is preceded in death by her brother, Wade Beattie.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch, MI will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
