Lila E. Saladine

Mrs. Saladine passed away at Bay Medical Center in Bay City, Michigan. She had been a resident of Alger since 1945, formerly of Saginaw County. Mrs. Saladine is survived by her children--John Saladine and Therese (Henry) Leverenz both of Alger, Fredleine (Patricia) Saladine of Auburn, Clifford (Grace) Saladine of Bay City, Juanita (Elmer) Smith of Saginaw, Angela (Jerry) Hamilton of St. Helen, Doris (Steve) Ritchie of Gladwin, 22 grandchildren, many great and great-great grandchildren, sisters--Marie of Vestaburg, Florence Dickerson of Standish, and Olive Larkon of Montrose. She was preceded in death by her husband Fred, daughters Charlotte Hoeppner and Mary Ann Tittman, son Leroy (Sam) Saladine and a brother Don Tolfree. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch begins on Saturday April 12, 2003 frm 5-9 P.M. and Sunday from 12-9 P.M. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday April 14, 2003, 1:30 P.M. at the Funeral Home, Rev. Dan Stoneback will officate with burial following at Alger Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
