Lary Lee Silk

Lary Lee Silk, age 63, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at his home in Prescott. Lary was born on December 4, 1954 to Lyle and Doris (Friend) Silk in Oakland County. He most recently lived in Prescott previously of Roscommon. Lary was a truck driver for many years and most recently work at Wal-Mart and will miss his Wal-Mart family. He loved to Hunt, Fish, and Travel. He especially loved spending time in the UP.

Lary is survived by his sons Eric (Sharla) Silk of PawPaw, and Ryan (Jenna) Silk of Oxford. He is also survived by his significant other Martha Grifka, grandson Ford Silk, siblings Lyle (Linda), Sharon, and Ethel along with many nieces’ nephews, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and siblings.

Per Lary’s wishes, a cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held.
