Larry R. Saddler, age 66 of Gladwin, passed away suddenly Friday, June 28, 2013 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Larry was born July 17, 1946 in Pontiac, the son of Richard and Lillian Saddler. He had lived in Gladwin since 1985, formerly of Pontiac. Larry was a member of Oak Grove Log Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. Larry is survived by loving wife of 45 years, Cora Saddler of Gladwin, step-daughter, Kelley Moore of Pontiac, 6 grandchildren and one great-grandson, Djuan III. Also surviving are 4 sisters, Shara Hortick of Pontiac, Pamela (Dave) Hunt of Boyne City, Diana (Roland) Pollard Jr. of Grand Blanc, Kim (Yvan) Serrano of Custer, MI, 3 brothers, Guy (Becky) Saddler of Texas, Chris (Sally) Saddler of Wisconsin, Lyle Saddler of Florida, brother-in-laws, Gordon McKinney of Oak Park, Thomas McKinney of Gladwin, William (Rose) McKinney of Gladwin, sister-in-law, Pamela Moore of Pontiac and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cherie Saddler in 1983, his parents, Richard and Lillian Saddler and in-laws, Gordon and Dorothy McKinney. A Memorial Service will be held at the Oak Grove Log Church in Gladwin on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 1:00 PM with family receiving friends from 12:00 PM until time of service. Pastor Paul Klassen will officiate.
