Keith Moses Lafountain

Keith Moses LaFountain, age 87 of Lupton, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2017 at Metro Health Hospital in Wyoming, MI. He had lived in Lupton since 1979, formerly of Mt. Clemens, MI. Keith was born on May 11, 1930 in Marshall, MI to Clarence and Goldia (DeCant) LaFountain. He served in the Army in the Korean War. Keith attended Churchill United Methodist Church. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, doing yardwork and playing pool with his friends in FL.

Keith is survived by his daughters, Rebecca (John) Bennett of Prescott, Brenda (Louie) Gigliotti of Clinton Twp., Jodi Hart and Joe Hart of Byron Center, grandchildren, Brooke (Gary) Nelson, Matthew (Jessica) Bennett, Lauren Gigliotti, Devon Gigliotti, Keith Hart, Mitchell Hart, great-grandchildren, Trace Collins, Tessa Collins, and Case Bennett; and brother, Garnet LaFountain of FL. He is preceded in death by parents, Clarence and Goldia LaFountain, wife, Patricia “Tetta” LaFountain in 2016, sister, Mary Ellen Bealls, and brother, Delmont LaFountain.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Churchill United Methodist Church at 11:00 AM with visitation from 10:00 AM until time of service. Pastor Brenda Klacking will officiate.
