Katherine M. Parker

Mrs. Katherine Lucille Parker, 72, of Port Huron, died on April 24th, 2007 at her home in Rose City, Mi. She was born on January 7th, 1935. Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Wilbur Parker, and survived by her children, Scott Parker, Joe Green, Thomas Vikstrom, Pamela Holly, Vincent Parker, and Karen Duckworth; her grandchildren, Olivia Parker, Christina Aldrich, Melody McPhail, Julie Pauly, Jackie Collins, and Michael, Kaitlyn, Joshua, and Abigail Green; seven great-grandchildren; numerous cousins; her brother and sisters, Robert Christoff and Sue Boughner of Mesa, Az., Joyce Picklehaupt of San Francisco, Pamela Reed (and husband John), of N. Carolina; and her companion of fifteen years, George Reetz. Pallbearers will be: Joe Green, Clyde Green, John Reed, Vincent Parker, Norman Reetz, and Thomas Mirfield. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Ray Gonzalez will officiate. Burial will be next to her husband in Mills Township Cemetery, Prescott, Mi.
