Karlyn F. Adcock

Karlyn F. Adcock, age 76 of Lupton, passed away July 14, 2010 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Karl had lived in Lupton since 1970. He was a past volunteer fireman for Lupton fire department. Karl was a former manager of the West Branch & Rose City Automotive Stores. He played softball and he managed the Little League and Pony League baseball teams in Lupton for many years. Karl is survived by his wife, Evalena Adcock of Lupton, daughters; Debbie (Bob) Rau of West Branch and Carla (Larry) Gaddy of Springhill, FL., 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his brothers, Clifford (Darlene) Adcock and Kenneth (Barb) Adcock both of Lakeland, FL., sisters; Frances Harris of Lapeer, sister-in-law, Vivian Jordan of Lupton, his brothers-in-law, Sandy Sly of Arizona and Harold Phillips of West Branch and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Karl Adcock, sister, Joanne Phillips and brother-in-law, Melvin Jordan. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, July 17, 2010 at the Rose Township Hall in Lupton. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
