Judy Sentell passed away on June 12, 2012 at home surrounded by her loved ones after a long illness. She was born May 11, 1938 in Missaukee County, MI to Basil and Margaret (Reinink) Francisco. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Jerry Francisco, sister Jean Francisco, sister and brother-in-law Joan (Francisco) and Thomas Ball, her first husband Irwin Kregear, her best friend and sister-in-law Joyce Seeds, her daughter-in-law Karen Sentell and her brother-in-law Bob Sentell. Judy is survived by her husband Everett “Leon” Sentell, her son Douglas (Christine), Russell (Isabel) Harris, daughter Jodi (Brian) Davison, Cynthia (Stuart) Fowler, stepson Daniel (Ellen) Sentell. She is also survived by one sister, 5 brothers 3 sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law. She also has 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren whom she adored. Judy and Leon owned Gage Well Drilling for many years and sponsored a softball team and enjoyed supporting and cheering them on. Judy and Leon wintered in St. James City, FL and summered in St. Helen, MI. She and Leon loved traveling, fishing, going to the flea markets and gardening. She also loved feeding and watching the birds outside her kitchen window. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen will begin on Thursday, June 14, 2012 from 5-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday at the St. Helen Community Baptist Church in St. Helen. Visitation at the church will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. Pastor Ken Peterson will officiate with burial following at Fairview Cemetery, St. Helen. We would like to thank Heartland Hospice for their wonderful love and support. Memorial Contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice. Arrangements are being handled by Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home, St. Helen.
