John J. Hacht

John J. Hacht, Age 85, passed away Friday, January 9, 2004 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Mr. Hacht had lived in West Branch for the past 5 years, formerly of Capac, MI. He was a member of the K of C, Holy Family Catholic Church. He worked for Chrysler Corp. for 20 years, then owned and operated Hacht Heating and Cooling for 65 years. Mr. Hacht is survived by 4 children Son- Jim (Kim) Hacht of Farmington Hills, Daughter- Pat Hacht of Lakeville, MI. Son- Mark (Darleen) Hacht of West Branch and a Daughter Colleen Braboy of Franklin, MI. 6 grandchildren Stephanie Nagel, Leah Nagel, Rachel Braboy, Geoffrey Braboy, Annie Williams, Erin Williams. He is preceded in death by wife Jean Marie on Dec. 11, 1997, 2 Sisters- Mary White, and Catherine White, 1 Brother- Chuck Hacht. A Memorial Service will be held Monday January 12, 2004 at 11:00AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church. The K of C will recite a rosary at 10:30 AM on Monday before the Service. Fr. James Krasman O.F.M will be doing he service.
