Joan Phyllis Mannor

Joan Phyllis (Neubecker) Mannor, age 93, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at The Villa at West Branch. She was born on September 7, 1926 in West Branch to William and Agnes (Schaefer) Neubecker. Joan lived in West Branch her entire life. She was a member of the CCW and the St. Joseph Catholic Church and graduated from St. Joseph High School in West Branch. She enjoyed flowers and doing yard work.

Joan is survived by her brother, David (Mary Ann) Neubecker of West Branch; niece, Nancy (Todd) Mousseau of Alpena; nephew, Allen (Angie) Neubecker of West Branch; nephew-in-law, Sam Jackson of West Branch; and great nieces and nephews, Kaylee, Connor, Carter, Ethan, Owen and Aiden. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Kirk Mannor and niece, Diane Jackson.

A graveside service will be held at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery on Saturday, April 4, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with burial to follow. Father Emmanuel Finbarr will officiate.
