Jerry Arthur Stone

Jerry Arthur Stone, age 90, passed away at his home in West Branch on Monday, April 5, 2021. He was born on October 1, 1930 in Saginaw, MI to Ward and Edith (Afton) Stone. In 1963, the family moved to the Lupton area where he was raised.

Jerry served in the Navy during the Korean War. After he was honorably discharged, he worked at General Motors in Flint for 30 years. He retired and moved to Hale and then later to West Branch to enjoy his retirement.

Jerry enjoyed hunting, fishing, walking the trails in the state park in Lupton and making his rounds to different stores and restaurants.

Jerry is survived by his brother, Raymond Stone and one niece and two nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Donald (Ella) Stone and great nephew, Nathan Stone.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and his ashes will be buried at Brookside Cemetery in West Branch, MI.
