Jean M. Krol

Jean M. Krol, age 92 of St. Helen, passed away Monday, October 13, 2008 at the American House of Rochester Hills. Mrs. Krol had been a resident of St. Helen since 1977, formerly of Detroit. She was a member of the St. Helen Catholic Church and the Polish Women’s Alliance. Jean is survived by her children, Edwin Krol of Plymouth, Judy (Melvin) Schmidt of Gainsville, GA and James (Linda) Krol of Bloomfield Hills, grandchildren, Edwin, John, Julie, Jim, Matthew and Emily and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin in 1996. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen will begin on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 from 3-9 p.m. A Scripture Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at St. Helen Catholic Church in St. Helen. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, St. Helen. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Helen Catholic Church, St. Helen.
