Jean L. Stillwagon

Jean L. Stillwagon, age 73 of West Branch, died on June 2, 2005 at West Branch Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born on April 23, 1932 to Harley and Velma (Pringle) Barber. Jean married Francis Richard Stillwagon on December 17, 1950 in West Branch. Mrs. Stillwagon was a member of Edwards Community Church of West Branch, a volunteer for the American Cancer Society for many years and past Amway Distributor. She is survived by her husband, Francis Richard of West Branch; 8 children Rick Stillwagon (Judy) of West Branch, Deborah Turland (Daniel) of West Branch, Randy Stillwagon (Suzanne) of Indian River, Dianne Miller of West Branch, Shirley Stillwagon (Steve Soderblum) of St. Helen, James Stillwagon, Bernard Stillwagon and Cyndia Stillwagon (Ron Burgher) all of West Branch. Also surviving are 23 grandchildren and 27 great granchchildren. Jean also has 3 sisters Joyce Kennedy (Harry) of Alpena, Ruth Houseman of Sacramento, California and Mary Alice Kailey (Robert) of Central Lake, Michigan. A brother James Barber (Marilyn) of East Jordon, Michigan also survives. Preceeding Jean in death was a great grandchild Christian Noel. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will be on Saturday June 4, 2005 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday June 5, 2005 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday June 6, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Dr. Leonard Brinks will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to Edwards Community Church Youth Center.
