Hubert G. Lewis

Mr. Lewis passed away at Tendercare of Tawas City. He had formerly been a resident of the Prescott area since 1985. He was a member of the Skidway Lake Moose Lodge #440, Legion of the Moose #107 and a past member of the United Steel Workers. Mr. Lewis is survived by his children, Hubert Jr. (Paula) Lewis of St. Petersburg, FL., Martha (Jim) Morgan and Norman (Judy) Lewis both of Prescott and Carol Miller of Trenton, 12 grandchildren and sisters--Martha Hall of Taylor, Joy of Tennessee, Barbara Moore and Nancy Black both of FL., Doris Tacket of Kentucky and Velma Conant of Washington. She was preceded in death by his wife Jean in July 1997, 1 sister and 3 brothers. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will be held from 2-9 P.M. on Wednesday January 7, 2004. The Funeral Service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to Tawas St. Joseph Huron Home Health Hospice of Tawas City.
