Gloria Rosenzweig, age 69, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at her home. Gloria lived in West Branch since 2000 and was previously from Bronx, New York. She was born to Sidney and Dinah Goldstein on January 11, 1944 in Bronx, New York. Gloria worked for Ausable Valley Mental Health. She enjoyed people and taking care of them. She enjoyed needle point, learning and loved love. She lit candles and said prayers right away when anyone was sick. She was very charitable and would give you the shirt off her back. Gloria is survived by her daughters, Renee Lawrence of West Branch and Rhonda Spiegelman of Rockaway, NJ, her grandchildren, Tabitha McAuley, Scott (Danielle) McAuley, Michael (Jeanie) Lawrence, Matthew (Kayla) Lawrence, Andrew Spiegelman, Shane Spiegelman, her great grandchildren, Calvin and Kynzi, her cousins Lorraine, Ronnie, Bob and many other cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends all over that loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Dinah Goldstein, sister, Roslayn Bivano, and beloved grandson, Richard McAuley. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Friday, August 2, 2013 from 3-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Chaplain Randy Brokaw will officiate. Burial will follow at the Brookside Cemetery.
