Gloria G. Dearing

Gloria G. Dearing, age 92, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at The Villa at West Branch. She was born on April 21, 1927 in St. Louis, MO to Fred and Mae (Eaker) Wright. Gloria lived in St. Helen for the past 10 years, formerly of Burton. She was a secretary for Dearing Electric, a business her late husband Howard started, for over 30 years in Corning, AR. They moved to Burton, MI to continue the business before Howard passed away in 1994. Gloria was a member of the Eastgate Baptist Church in Burton and enjoyed gardening and cooking.

Gloria is survived by her children, Steven Dearing and Sherry (Tom) Mawdesley; grandchildren, Matthew, Brock, Scott, Wade and Eric; and 16 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Howard, brother, Warren and sister, Trish Ann.

A private family graveside service will be held at the Corning Cemetery in Corning, AR.
