Gladys M. Myers

Gladys M. Myers, age 63, of Lupton, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Gladys had lived in the Lupton area since 1990. Survivors include her husband, John W. Myers Sr. of Lupton, children; Brenda (Marty) Laaksonen of Sault Ste. Marie, John (Dianna) Myers Jr. of Burton, Christine Fountain of Davison and Daniel Myers of Kincheloe, 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Also surviving are her sisters,Janet Filkins of Deport, TX, Barbara Ballard of Davison, Linda Herman of Keystone IN, and her brothers, Jim Bentley of Paris, TX, Ernest Bentley of South Branch, Michael Bentley of Flint and John Bentley of Davison and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Edith Bentley, brothers; Bill and Gary Bentley and her stepmother, Jean Bentley. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Thursday, March 6, 2007 from 6-9 p.m. and on Friday from 12-9 p.m. Visitation on Saturday will begin at 12:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. Pastor Sharon Hughes will officiate.
