Geraldine L. Jakubik

Geraldine L. Jakubik, age 51, of West Branch, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at Bortz Health Care in West Branch. She had lived in West Branch since 2003 after having lived in various locations around Michigan. Geraldine is survived by her parents, Joseph and Helen Jakubik of Zephyrhills, FL, her grandmother, Myrtle Brant also of Zephyrhills, her sisters, Betty Hand of Virginia Beach, VA and Cathy (Maynard) Stine of Saginaw, her brother, Jeff (Yvonne) Jakubik of Whittemore, her close friend, David Reynolds, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, her loyal caregivers, Debbie, April and Joy and numerous friends from the Ausable Valley Community Mental Health group. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 15, 2008 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Branch. Fr. Robert Bissot will officiate. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Ausable Valley Mental Health, Annie Street or to Hospice of Helping Hands, both of West Branch.
