Gerald Leroy Hadd

Gerald Leroy Hadd, age 77, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at MidMichigan Medical Center in West Branch after a very short illness with his loving family by his side. He was born on June 17, 1942 in Ossineke, MI to Thomas and Hazel (French) Hadd and was the 8th child out of their nine children. Gerald lived in Bay City for over 70 years. He married Suzanne Barbeau in East Tawas on August 27, 1979.

Gerald is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Suzanne Hadd; daughters, Kara (Ron) Messbarger and Cindy Hadd; son, BJ Hadd; five granddaughters, one grandson, one great grandson and one brother. He was greeted in heaven by his parents, eight siblings, one daughter and a slew of friends and other family members.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
