George M. Miller

George Marshall Miller, age 69 passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at his home. George had lived in West Branch since 2000, formerly of Holly. He was a long time member of the Holly Motorcycle Association. George enjoyed hunting including teaching how to hunt, traveling, riding motorcycles, guns, both collecting and shooting, fishing, water skiing, spending time with his children and grandchildren and his dog Schnook. George is survived by his wife Linda Jo Miller of West Branch, children Sally Jo (Hugh) Dean of Big Rapids, George F. Miller II of Flint, Jason M. Miller of White Lake and Peter J. (Amy) Miller of Alger. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Alicia M. (Nicholas) Blackmer, Robert A. Dean, Brandon M. Miller, Milynda M. Miller, Matthew M. Miller and Peter J. Miller Jr. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Ida Miller and three brothers. Cremation has taken place per his wishes. A Memorial Gathering will be held at George's home, 865 Harriet Trail, West Branch, Michigan at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2012. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
