Funeral services for A. Genevieve Benjamin will be on Monday, November 17, 2003 at 1:30 P.M. from the Trinity United Methodist Church in Rose City. Rev. Thomas Spencer will officiate.Visitation will be on Sunday from 1-9 P.M., Monday from 9-12 P.M. at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home, Rose City, Michigan. Burial will be at Rose City Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church, Rose City. Mrs. Benjamin is survived by her daughter, Joycelyn (Roger) O'Deay of Saginaw, her sons--Daniel (Roxanne) Benjamin and Harris (Verleen) Benjamin both of Rose City, 18 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. A sister, Mildred Shepley of Rose City and sisters-in-law Betty Richardson and Genevieve Bemis both of West Branch also survive. Mrs. Benjamin was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Benjamin. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church Ladies Aid. She loved crossword puzzles and was a very loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
