Gary J. Herbers

Gary John Herbers, age 43, of West Branch, passed away Monday, January 29, 2007 at his home. Gary was born August 4, 1963 in Owosso, MI. He had lived in West Branch since 2000, formerly of Prescott and Chesaning. Gary graduated from Chesaning Union High School in 1981 and served in the U.S. Army from 1985 to 1989. He worked for Bortz Health Care. Gary is survived by his children, Chrissondra Herbers and Torrey Herbers both of Prescott, his fiancée, Teresa Watson--The love of his life, his mother, Rosemary Jones of Prescott and Teresa’s children, Ashley, Justina, Presley and Danny. Also surviving are his brothers, Tony (Sue) Herbers of Elmira, David (Teresa) Herbers of Oakley and Don Herbers of Chesaning, and his sister, Judy Potter of Prescott, and many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Thursday, February 1, 2007 from 2-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 2, 2007 at the funeral home.
