Fred L. Bohlinger

Fred L. Bohlinger, age 55 of West Branch, passed away suddenly Saturday, December 16, 2006 at St. John's Hospital in Detroit. He had lived in West Branch for all of his life. Fred owned and operated Asphalt Seal Coating Service in West Branch and graduated from Ogemaw Heights High School in 1969. He was a member of the Center Line Mom and Dad's Club and the Eagles of West Branch. Fred is survived by his wife, Sue Bohlinger of Center Line, sons; Zachary Bohlinger, Lewis (Renee) Dutton and Christopher Dutton all of Center Line, grandchildren; Lewis and Jayne, goddaughter, Erica Walczak of Algonac, his sisters; Sally (Dave) Drabek of West Branch, Donna (Thomas) Clapham of Texas and Mary Ann (Gerald) Kozuch of Fredricksburg, VA. Also surviving is his close friend, Donna Morris, many brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews and good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Crystal Bohlinger, his brother, Bill and niece, Kathy (Drabek) Warren. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Dan Stoneback will officate.
