Francis Lee Brown

Francis Lee Brown, age 83, passed away Thursday March 25, 2003 at the VA Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Mr. Brown has lived in Mio for 38 years previously of Union City and Irving, Texas. He served in the US Air Force during WWII as a fighter pilot and Navigator. Mr. Brown has two children Janice and Richard (Bishop) Bowles of Fairview, MI and Terry and Leah Brown of Baton Rough, Louisiana, six grand children Dave, Nathan, Christy, Deborah, Joy, and Ken and five great-grand children. A sister Barbara (Harry) Hillman and many nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his wife Viola M. Brown, and a sister Margaret Taylor. A memorial Service will be held at Steuernol and McLaren Funeral home Rose City on Thursday, March 27, 2003 at 1:30 PM. Reverend Daniel Stoneback will officiate.
