Florie A. Siminski

Florie A. Siminski, age 43 of Alger passed away at West Branch Regional Medical Center. She had lived in Alger for all of her life. She was a trustee and member of the planning commission for Moffatt Township, a former member of the League of Catholic Women, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and she taught CCD. She earned high honors at Delta College. Florie is survived by her husband William Siminski of Alger, her sons Garth and Devyn Siminski, her father Harry Lester, brother Mark Lester, sister Jonna (Norman) Winter and nephews Jedson and Wayne Winter all of Alger and many other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother June Lester and grandparents, Florence and John Badgerow. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Saturday November 27, 2004 from 7-9 P.M. and Sunday from 10-9 P.M. There will be a Rosary Sunday at 2:00 P.M. and a Scripture Service at 7:00 P.M. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Monday November 29, 2004 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in West Branch. Fr. Robert Bissot will officiate with burial following at Alger Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
