Eveline M. Treat-Heim age 80 of West Branch, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2011 at her home. Eveline was employed at the dime store in West Branch for 25 years. She was a member of the Kiwanis Club, the Tolfree Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, the Birthday Girls and was a Master Gardener. Eveline is survived by her children, Kathy (David) Crawford of St. Helen, Robert Treat Jr. (Jim Westphal) of Ann Arbor, David (Pam) Treat of West Branch, Debbie (Larry) Campbell of Enid, OK, Linda (Rick) Cordes of Hillman, Laurie (Tim) Temple, Sally Bertossi and Steven Treat all of West Branch, 29 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters, Violet Wickham of Alpena and Mother Mary Regina of Rockford, IL and her brother, Ted Dice of Kalkaska. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Treat and James Heim, an infant son Michael, a granddaughter Melissa and a son-in-law, Brian Bertossi. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Sunday, November 6, 2011 from 1-9 p.m. with a Scripture Service at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Fr. Patrick Maher will officiate with burial following at St. Joseph Cemetery, West Branch.
