Erin Elizabeth Hepworth

Erin Elizabeth Hepworth, age 39, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Ascension St. Mary’s Hospital in Standish, MI.

She was born on November 21, 1981 in Flint, MI to Jonathan and Holly (Albert) Hepworth.

A large portion of her childhood was spent in the Rep. Of Ireland with her parents who were missionaries there. Her family returned to the U.S in 1997 and settled in Standish. Erin completed her grade school and high school years, being home-schooled at Pine River Christian Academy.

She received her three college degrees from Delta College in Saginaw, MI and was happily employed as a receptionist/vet tech at Zorn Animal Clinic in Pinconning. She attended Calvary Baptist Church in West Branch. Erin was a member of the Arenac Bay Carvers where she hand-crafted art pieces of wood and leather. She also enjoyed rockhounding, photography, and cactus and succulents. She loved spending time with her family and loved her Lord.

Erin is survived by her loving parents, Jonathan and Holly Hepworth of Standish; brother, Nathan (Emily) Hepworth of Pittsfield, MA; sister, Laura Hepworth of Standish; nephew, Arthur; and grandmother, Elizabeth Albert. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Franklin and Elveretta Hepworth and her grandfather, Karson Albert.

Erin will be dearly missed by her family and friends all over the world.

The family will hold a private burial at Calvary Baptist Cemetery in West Branch on Thursday, October 21, 2021. Pastor Tom Teall will officiate.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Calvary Baptist Church in West Branch at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Tom Teall will officiate.
