Eleanora Nancy Fisher, age 83, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2016 at her home in St. Helen, MI. She had lived in St. Helen since 1976, formerly of Grand Blanc, MI. Eleanora was born on April 28, 1933 in Flint, MI to Percy and Rosanne (Robins) Perkins. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary #416, a former Eagle member in West Branch, and a former VFW member in Roscommon, MI. Eleanora enjoyed fishing, traveling, knitting, quilting, and doing crafts. She made hats and scarfs for children. She was always the one to entertain and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Eleanora is survived by her loving husband, David Fisher of St. Helen, MI; children, Don Chiszar of Pinconning, MI, Nancy (Charles) Bacon of Shawnee, OK, Robert (Kathy) Chiszar of Beaumont, TX; brother, Jerry Kenny of Weed, CA; step daughters, Leann (Jack) Castele of Prescott, MI, Davenia (James) Croley of Burton, MI, Jennifer (David) Streeter of Burton, MI and Vicki (Scott) Yencer of Burton, MI; several grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Mary Lou, and brothers, Don and Bob.
