Edna M. Kesler

Edna M. Kesler, age 86 of West Branch, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2010 in Owosso. Mrs. Kesler had lived in West Branch since 1987, formerly of Hale. She taught elementary school for 13 years and retired in 1977. Mrs. Kesler enjoyed watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune and being with her grandchildren. Survivors include her children, Kathryn (Charles) Bailey of Tawas, Kelly Willson of Webberville, James Kesler of West Branch and Wallace (Sondra) Kesler of Minneapolis, MN, 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister, Norma (Howard) Vaas and her brothers, Warren Kolb and Elwood Kolb all of Manistee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will be held on Friday, February 12, 2010 from 12 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Esmond Evergreen Cemetery in Hale.
