Donna Lee Maxwell

Donna Lee Maxwell, age 69, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023, at McLaren Macomb Hospital in Mt. Clemens, MI. She was born on March 19, 1953, in Detroit, MI to Carl and Luella (Rehbein) Stier. Donna lived in Roseville, MI since 1974 formerly of St. Clair Shores.

Donna was a happy and good spirited person. She enjoyed playing cards, especially solitaire, ceramics, gardening, canning, and walking in the neighborhood visiting with friends.

Donna is survived by her son Scott (Debbie) Maxwell of Lapeer; daughter Wendy (Ernie) Stewart of Roseville; grandchildren Angelica, Mackenzie, and Carissa; great granddaughter Brielle; siblings Bob (Jan) Stier of Utica, Diane Thielman of Clinton Twp., Denise Stier Chesterfield Twp., Dawn (Kurt) VanHoost of Unionville, and Mick Stier of Chesterfield Twp.; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death in death by her parents, husband Michael Maxwell, and sister Debbie Williams.

The funeral service will be held at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch on Friday, March 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. with visitation starting at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Logan Township Cemetery.  Father David Parsch will officiate.
