Donna Kay Dillon

Donna Kay Dillon, age 68, passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at her home in West Branch, MI surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 21, 1953 in Flint, MI to Robert and Cecelia (Short) Diffin. Donna lived in West Branch since 1978 formerly of Gladwin, MI.

Donna married James Dillon in Gaylord, MI on March 11, 1983.

Donna had many interests. She liked hiking through the woods. She loved horses, fishing, boating and being involved with her grandchildren. Donna was always putting family first and thinking of others before herself.

James lost a wife, lover, a life partner, and most importantly, he lost his best friend. Donna was the glue that held the family together.

Donna is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, James Dillon; sons, Greg (Rebecca) Johnson, Drew Dillon, and Jason (Kayla Marie) Dillon; grandchildren, Vincent Dillon, Derek Dillon, and Emily Johnson; siblings, Leslie Diffin, Marsha (Jim) Raleigh, Terry (Nick) Zettel, sister-in-law, Rhonda Diffin, and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Mike and sister-in-law Debbie.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
