Donald D. Troyer

Donald Duwayne Troyer, age 65, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2011 at the Bay Regional Medical Center in Bay City, Michigan. Donald had lived in St. Helen for the past 15 years previously of Genesee County. Donald was a member of the American Legion Post #416 of St. Helen. He enjoyed playing cards, hunting, and going to the casino. Donald is survived by his mother Edith Troyer of Genesee Co., children Leo Troyer of Prudenville, Duwayne Troyer of Genesee Co., Donald Troyer of Caro, Kadee (Daniel) Browning of Caro, John Troyer of St. Helen, and Rochelle (Jeff) Lindsey of Detroit. Donald has 12 grandchildren, 2 brothers Jim Troyer of Genesee Co., and Jon (Sarah) Troyer of Plymouth, 2 sister Lee Johnson of Genesee Co., and Jennifer (Morrice) Ross of Freeland. He was preceded in death by his father Donald. Visitation will be held at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen on Friday, April 29, 2011 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in St. Helen. The American Legion will conduct the services.
