Diane M. Spalding

Diane M. Spalding, 57, of Gladwin passed away Thursday June 19, 2008 at St. Mary’s hospital in Saginaw. She was born on March 29, 1951 in Saginaw to Robert and Joline Ecker (Eckart). Diane married Leslie J. Spalding on June 3, 1972 in Saginaw. Diane is survived by her husband Les of Gladwin; her children Leslie Spalding II (Michele) of Idaho, Jacob Spalding (Greta and Gavyn) of Flint, and Jennifer Andrews (Andy) of Gladwin. Diane is also survived by her father Robert Ecker of Saginaw, her grandchildren, Joey, Ariaunna, Carter, and Addysun; and her sister Debra Bunzow, of Freeland; brother Robert (Mary) Ecker jr. of Saginaw. She was predeceased by her mother Joline Ecker (Eckart) of Saginaw. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin Monday, June 23, 2008 from 1-9 PM, and Tuesday, June 24, 2008 from 9:00 AM until time of service at 2:00 PM. Rev. Daniel Stoneback will officiate. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
