Della Jane Anderson

Della Jane Anderson, age 82, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City, MI. Jane was born to Frank and Leda Robinson in Evart, MI on April 6, 1932, and had lived in West Branch, MI since 1967. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and worked at Surline Elementary and Middle Schools as a playground aide for over 20 years. Jane moved around the state in her younger years and lived in many towns with her husband Marvin, who worked for the Michigan State Police.

Jane is survived by her son, Frank E. “Andy” (Erika) Anderson of Murphysboro, IL; grandchildren, Cordelia and Clark Anderson; sister, Dolores Robinson of Lansing, MI; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin “Andy” Anderson in 2014; parents, Frank and Leda Robinson; and siblings, Donald, Dale, Delbert, Doris, Jack, and Dean.

Visitation will be at the St. John Lutheran Church in West Branch on Saturday, February 21, 2015 starting at 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Howard Travis will officiate. Burial will be at Sylvan Township Cemetery in Evart, MI.
