David Wayne Tambling, age 59, passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City, MI. He was born on January 19, 1961 in Flint, MI to Lawrence and Marion (Neitzke) Tambling. David lived in Rose City since 2014, formerly of West Branch. He married Jill Sammons in Rose City on November 8, 2014. David was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Rose City. He worked part time for Wheelz 104.5 WILZ in Saginaw and Advanced Dishwashing Service in Houghton Lake for several years. He was a drummer in the Band Steel Rose and loved music and spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchild.
David is survived by his loving wife, Jill Tambling of Rose City; children, Chelsey (Sean) O’Connell of West Branch, Jacob Tambling of West Branch and Emily Tambling of West Branch; stepson, Craig (Kianna) Bouchard of Rose City; grandchildren, Aurora and another one on the way in April 2021; and brother, Larry (Michelle) Tambling of Clio. He is preceded in death by his parents, son, Zachary Hunter Tambling and siblings, Carolyn Tambling, Kim Moore and Densil Tambling.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place.
