Darrell C. Miller

Darrell C. Miller, age 79 of St. Helen, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2011 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Saginaw. Mr. Miller had lived in St. Helen since 1986, formerly of Flint. He retired from G.M. in 1986 and he enjoyed golfing and was an avid sportsman. Darrell is survived by his daughters, Valerie Alexander and Rhonda Clark both of Flint and Desiree (Ronald) Wolfe of Burton, grandchildren, Ronnie, Amy, Jamey and JoAnn and great-grandchildren, Travis, Austin, Amber, Brett, Lydia and Trent. Also surviving is his sister, Jean (Jim) King of Burton and many friends and golf buddies. He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley, his parents, 1 brother and 2 sisters. The family would like to give a special thanks to the Standing Bear Restaurant for watching over Darrell. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. No services will be held.
