Darleen Jane Parker

Darleen Jane Parker, age 77, passed away Friday, June 24 2016 at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City, MI. She had lived in Rose City since 1972, formerly of Bay City. Darleen was born on February 6, 1939 to Benjamin and Mardena (Debatts) Nagel in Bay City, MI. She was a member of the Philadelphia Church of God. She enjoyed babysitting for so many children over the years, but mostly enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Darleen is survived by her loving husband Marchmont Parker of Rose City; children Michael Parker of Rose City, and Victoria Parker of Linwood; grandchildren Nathaniel, Sienna, and Deanna; great grandchildren Jada, Abigale, Annabel, and Colton; and siblings Gary (Sandy) Nagel of Hillman, Nancy (Robert) Michalski of Rose City, LouAnn (Dale) Saunders of Rose City, and Sharon Rose of Roscommon. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Tamara, and grandson, Michael Parker Jr.

A Funeral Service for Darleen will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in Rose City with visitation from 11-1PM. Burial will follow at the Lane Heights Cemetery in Lupton, MI.
