Daniel A. “Hammer” Grezeszak, age 49, passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from injuries resulting from a truck accident. He was born on September 27, 1971 in West Branch, MI to Leonard and Doris (Oakes) Grezeszak. He lived in the Rose City and Lupton area his whole life.
He graduated from Ogemaw Heights High School in 1990. He worked on the family farm and helped his dad on the milk trucks. Hammer enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his bike, harassing his nieces and nephews and spending time with his good friends.
He is survived by his parents, Leonard and Doris Grezeszak of Rose City; brothers, Calvin (Lenn) Grezeszak, Jeff (Amber) Grezeszak, John (Sonya) Grezeszak, and Duane (Jennifer) Grezeszak; sisters, Susan (Doug) Wymer and Laura (Geoff) Edmonds. He has many nieces and nephews who will miss him and also his fur friend, Mieka, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by brother, Vern Grezeszak and grandparents, Earl and Anna Oakes and Lawrence and Wilma Grezeszak.
There will be a private family service and burial.
