Dale Ray Crossley

Dale Ray Crossley, age 66, passed away on Sunday, July 14,2024, at The Villa in West Branch, MI. He was born on January 14, 1958, in Owosso, MI to Raymond Smith and Evelyn Crossley. He was raised by Evelyn and Dale Stanley Griffus. He lived in Prescott, MI since 1992, formerly of Flint, MI.

Dale was known for his love of watching old western movies and fishing. He enjoyed collecting antiques, silver and old coins. He also enjoyed reading the bible, working on anything he could get his hands on, and attending family reunions. 

Dale is survived by his wife Leah Crossley; children Kerri McCarty, Dale Crossley, James (Michelle) Crossley, Cristina Crossley, Jason Crossley, Elizabeth (Benjamin) Huffman, Matthew Crossley, Hanna Crossley, Raymond Crossley, William (Alannis Bussa) Thompson, and Fred Hiatt III; grandchildren London, Krystinanna, Lila, Novalee, Oliver, Adrian, Devin, Sydney, Mariana, William, and Luna. He also leaves behind his mother Evelyn Suff and siblings Kimberly (Art) Pirrotta, Terry Griffus, Beverly Francis, Tammy Griffus-Bowen, Rena (Robert) Barrett, Dale Ann (Jake) Munsell, Rachel (Bill) Walker, Bill (Penny) Griffus, Mike Griffus, and Kristina Griffus. 

He is preceded in death by his grandchildren Lillian, Kenneth, and Koby, as well as his brother Ronny Griffus and father Dale Griffus.

Dale Ray Crossley will be remembered for his kind heart and the love he shared with his family and friends. A Funeral Service to honor and celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Mills Township Cemetery in Prescott, MI. Seventy Kevin White will officiate.
