Cora Orcelia Terry, aged 89, of West Branch, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, December 21, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Born on Wednesday, June 12, 1935, Cora's life was marked by her devotion to her family and serving her community through her cooking talents. 

Cora dedicated many years of her life to working at Loretta's Catering in West Branch. She became a familiar face at numerous local events, especially at the West Branch Kiwanis Tuesday afternoon meetings held at the K of C Hall. Her contributions to the community were felt through her unwavering commitment to serving others. 

She was a woman of many talents; Cora enjoyed playing BINGO on Wednesday evenings at the K of C Hall, cooking, and baking. Above all, she cherished spending time at home with her family, creating memories that will last a lifetime. 

Cora is survived by her children: Charlene (Harry) Morris of West Branch, Gary (Judy) Rabidue of West Branch, Cindy (Harold) Wangler of West Branch, Sarah Rabidue of West Branch, Barry Rabidue of West Branch, Harold (Wendy) Terry of Roscommon, MI, Michael (Jennifer) Terry of Arizona, and Jennifer (Karl) Kiehl of Ohio. She also leaves behind 15 grandchildren: Shane (Katlyn) Morris of Saginaw, Shawnelle (Jeff) Dillard of Colorado, Christen Rabidue of West Branch, Eric (Courtney) Wangler of West Branch, Ryan (Michelle) Wangler of Almont, Brandi (Scott) Barringer of Lowell, Marjorie (Marlena) Stevens of St. Helen, Beth (Ian) Ertz of Harrisville, Benjamin Stevens of Sandusky, Jacob Terry of Arizona, Britney Terry of Arizona, Emily Terry of Lansing, Erika Terry of Roscommon, Elisa Terry of Roscommon, and Allison Wally of Ohio. Cora was blessed with 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. 

Her family also includes her brother, Edward Zimmer of West Branch, and many nieces and nephews, who will miss her dearly. 

Cora was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Marjorie (Osborn) Zimmer; husbands, Benjamin W. Rabidue for 19 years and Harold Ray Terry in 2019 for 44 years; son, Benjamin Leon Rabidue, grandson, Anthony; great-grandson, Holliz; and siblings: Albert, Harry, and Tommy Zimmer, along with sister Frances Brown.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Cora's legacy of love and joy will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for the warmth and dedication she brought to her family.
