Constance "Connie" M. Bills

Constance M. “Connie” Bills, age 79, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Connie has lived in Rose City since 1987 and was previously from Pontiac. She was born to Arthur and Alice Boyce on March 9, 1934 in Caro, Michigan. Connie enjoyed playing cards, watching TV and doing crossword puzzles. Connie is survived by her children, Melinda (Claude) Colt of Sterling Heights, Pamale Durfee of Brooksville, FL, Debra (Patrick) Weidman of St. Persall, FL, Albert Bills Jr. of Rose City, Arthur Bills of Rose City, Edward (Roxanne) Bills of Prescott, Roger Bills of Rose City, Patrick Bills of Brooksville, FL, and Sally (Joe) Frich of Mio, grandchildren Richard Durfee Jr, Shawn Bills, Sarah Good, Alexis and Amber Colt. Also surviving are her mother, Dorothy Deldagesh of Waterford, brothers, Bud Boyce of Nevada, Dennis, David, and Donald Boyce of Bad Axe, James Boyce of Caro, Leslie Boyce of North Carolina, Fred Boyce of Texas, sisters Nancy Swanton of Brooksville, FL, Sharon Myer of Las Vegas NV, and Maryann Freeman of Bad Axe, niece Karen Courtney of West Branch, nephew, Jimmy (Bobbie) Schanck of Bay City, and great nephew Denton Schanck of Bay City. She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Bills Sr., sons, Melvin and Michael Bills, and daughter, Rosie Melton. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in Rose City will begin on Sunday, July 21, 2013 from 2-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. of Monday, July 22, 2013 at the funeral home. Pastor Jody Coon will officiate. Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
