Clarence Edward Dupuis

Clarence Edward Dupuis, age 87, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at his home in St. Helen, MI with his family by his side. He had lived in St. Helen since 1989, previously from Saginaw, MI. Clarence was born on November 17, 1929 in Saginaw to Dellore and Florence (Savage) Dupuis. He married Joyce McKinstry in Saginaw on June 25, 1949. Clarence was a veteran serving in the Army. He was a member at the St. Helen Catholic Church, American Legion Post #416, and the K of C #8390. Clarence enjoyed woodworking, painting, and gardening.

Clarence is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Joyce Dupuis of St. Helen, MI; son, Daniel (Roxanne) Dupuis of Harrison Twp., MI; grandchildren, Tanya (Michael) Habitz and Stacy (Kevin) Price; great grandchildren, Alex, Amelia, Caden, Luke, Grace, Ella, and Natalie; siblings, Jean Dalton of Carrollton, MI, Frank (Loralee) Dupuis of Saginaw, MI, and Renee Allish of Lakeland, FL.; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Gerald Dupuis, Thomas Dupuis, and Ronald Dupuis; and sisters, Dorothy Sprague, Laura Westendorf, Marion Davis and Ann Yaklin.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen, MI will begin on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be on Friday, March 17, 2017 at the St. Helen Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Father Larry Boks will officiate. Burial at Roselawn Cemetery in Saginaw, MI will be on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
