Chrystal Darlene Lasher

Chrystal Darlene Lasher, age 66, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at The Villa at West Branch. She had lived in St. Helen, MI for over 35 years. Chrystal was born on August 18, 1950 in Port Huron, MI to Jack and Betty (Zotter) Vargo. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, crocheting, and playing Kings in the Corner. Chrystal also enjoyed spending time outdoors, seeing her family, and BBQ’s on the 4th of July.

Chrystal is survived by her sons, Michael (Karisa) Lasher of Port Huron, Philip (Debbie) Lasher of St. Helen and Kevin Lasher of St. Helen; grandchildren, Cody Lasher of St. Helen, Kayla Lasher of St. Helen, Kaitlin (Zachary) Campbell of St. Helen, Michael Lasher II of Port Huron, and Leigh Brockitt of Port Huron; great grandchildren, Zavier Campbell of St. Helen, Vanity Campbell of St. Helen, and Dakota Fox of Port Huron; mother, Betty Vargo of Port Huron; brothers, Roger (Carol) Vargo of Port Huron and Rick (Vickey) Vargo of Port Huron; aunt, Fran (Jerry) DeWitte of Port Huron; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Jack Vargo and sister, Sharon Vargo.

Visitation at Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen will begin on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Roger Green will officiate.
