Chrissy Jones

Christine E. “Chrissy” Jones, age 41, passed away Friday, March 15, 2013 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Chrissy had lived in West Branch for all of her life. She graduated from Ogemaw Heights High School in 1989 and was formerly employed at the Downtown Café and Clear Lake Bar. Chrissy enjoyed riding motorcycles, camping, going to the beach and spending time with her family. Chrissy is survived by her husband, Brian Jones of West Branch, her children Zachary Jones of West Branch and Cady (Deric) Cummings of Raleigh, NC, her granddaughter Autumn Jean Cummings, her mother Sally Thompson of West Branch, her sister Ashley Thompson and her brother Tim Cromwell. Also surviving is her mother and father-in-law Gary and Arlene Jones of Rumley (formerly of West Branch), her sister-in-law Teresa (Greg) Rose, her aunt Betty Jones, her uncle Carl Walters and nephews Robert Cromwell and Gregory Rose and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and extended family. She was preceded in death by her father Bob Cromwell, grandparents Dick and Peggy Swanson and Carol and Robert Cromwell. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in West Branch will begin on Monday, March 18, 2013 from 3-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Pastor J. Daniel Stoneback will officiate with burial following at Mills Township Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
