Chris " Sambo" R. Buck

Chris “Sambo” Roger Buck, age 53, passed away at his home Sunday, August 21, 2011. Chris had lived in West Branch for the past 9 years previously of St. Helen. Chris enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing and he also loved his dogs and cat. Chris is survived by his mother Evelyn Dimon of Burton, sister Debbie Buck of Williamston, brothers Mark (Sandra) Buck of Flint, and Russell Buck of St. Helen. He is also survived by his wife Faye Reed of West Branch, son Robert Lott II of West Branch, Virgil (Theresa) Lott of Essexville, and daughter Deanna (Jeff) Kleinsorge, of St. Helen. He had 3 grandchildren Josh, Jeffrey, and Tiffani, 6 nieces, and 1 nephew, 8 dogs and 1 cat. Per his wishes a cremation has taken place, and a memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Irons Park in West Branch. Following the service everyone is welcome to stay and enjoy a family style potluck. Condolences in memory of Chris may be made to the family.
